Quite a small branch considering the size of the mall but the service was good and was not too busy during the week. Also had some outdoor seating. Get’s packed on Saturdays though. Drinks and food are as per usual.

It's a jampacked weekend here tonight. While in line my friend is searching for our table, luckily he found one that can accommodate us. At the cashier, they take our orders with a pleasant smile. All of them were nice, kind and approachable as always. The store premise was clean including the restroom. I might say, with the accorded service and delightful experience it's worth the price. We get what we our hardearned money really deserved. Kudos to the team of Starbucks Sm City Baguio. Keep the momentum high to reach greater heights. Lab namin to. 😍😍😍

Plenty of tables and chairs, cozy environment, busier Starbucks store than Reserve Sunset Terraces.

I’ve went to other Starbucks already and this is the only store that’s not clean. I need to wipe my table due to old coffee marks despite I’m the first customer in the morning. Floor is not clean as well. Hmm? I wonder how clean the coffee bar is.
